1 · Who we are & what these terms cover

SupplyAisle sells replacement parts for HVAC, plumbing, water-heating and electrical equipment to homeowners and trade professionals in the United States. Placing an order, creating an account, or using the site means you accept these terms and the policies they link — the privacy policy, the shipping & returns policy, and the warranty policy.

2 · Ordering & payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, not when you place it — on rare occasions we must cancel (stock error, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund immediately and in full. Payment is captured when your order ships.

Cards are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; card numbers never touch our servers. Orders — retail and trade — are paid by card.

3 · Pricing & availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but never on an order you have already placed. Stock levels shown on part pages are live estimates; the 'order by 6pm ET, ships today' promise applies to in-stock parts and the business days our Columbus warehouse operates.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout for the destination address. Accounts with a valid resale exemption certificate on file are invoiced without tax, with the exemption noted on the invoice.

4 · Pro accounts & trade pricing

Trade accounts get tier and contract pricing, job-site address books, multi-user access with per-member spend limits, and tax-exemption certificate handling. Trade accounts pay by card at checkout, the same as retail orders.

Tier pricing is account-specific and not transferable, and applies to eligible SKUs at checkout once your account is approved.

5 · DIY work & your responsibilities

Our guides are written from the field and reviewed by licensed technicians, but you are responsible for your own work: for killing power before you open a panel, for following the guide's safety callouts, and for knowing when a repair is licensed-tech territory — gas piping, sealed refrigerant circuits and new line-voltage circuits always are, and our guides say so.

Where local code requires a permit or a licensed installer, that requirement wins over anything a guide says. If a step doesn't match the unit in front of you, stop and ask us before continuing.

6 · Liability & disputes

If something goes wrong with a part we sold, our responsibility is the remedies in the warranty and returns policies: replacement, repair or refund of the part. To the extent Ohio law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from DIY installation performed contrary to the guide's safety instructions or applicable code.

These terms are governed by Ohio law. We'd genuinely rather fix the problem than litigate it — disputes start with a message to the contact page, and escalate to the courts of Franklin County, Ohio only if we fail you there.
