Accessibility Statement

1 · The standard we build to

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA are our engineering requirement, not an aspiration: they gate what ships. That covers colour contrast, focus visibility, touch-target size, semantic structure and keyboard operability across the storefront.

2 · What that means in practice

Concretely, on every page:

• Everything works with a keyboard alone — menus, search, fitment lookups, accordions and forms, with a visible focus ring throughout.
• Meaning is never carried by colour alone: every status pairs its colour with a symbol and words (● verified · ▲ check first · ■ doesn't fit).
• Touch targets are at least 44px, body text never renders below 12.5px, and the layout is built mobile-first so nothing requires precision pointing.
• Pages use semantic landmarks and one h1, so screen readers can navigate by structure; images carry alt text; animation honours your reduced-motion setting.

3 · Known limitations

Some manufacturer documents we link (spec sheets, installation manuals) are PDFs produced by third parties and not always tagged for screen readers. If you hit one you can't use, contact us and a tech will read the relevant figures to you and follow up with the manufacturer.

4 · Tell us when something falls short

If any part of this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, email accessibility@supplyaisle.com or use the contact page — either reaches the team that owns the fix. Accessibility reports are triaged like defects, because that is what they are.
